- which app it’s about (Paperless24, Vermietoo or Tellerwert24),
- your iOS version and iPhone model,
- what you did and what happened — a screenshot is welcome.
I usually reply within 2–3 business days.
Frequently asked questions
Tellerwert24
AI photo recognition runs either on-device (Apple Intelligence) or via your own API key. If recognition doesn’t start, check the selected provider and your key in the settings. Your data stays locally on your device.
Paperless24
Paperless24 connects exclusively to your own Paperless-ngx server. If you run into connection issues, double-check the server address, your credentials and — if enabled — two-factor authentication.
Vermietoo
Your data syncs via iCloud between iPhone and Mac. Make sure both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID and that iCloud is enabled for the app.
Deleting your data
None of these apps require an account with me. Your data lives locally on your device (or, for Paperless24, on your own server). You can delete it completely by removing the app from your device. Details are in the privacy policy.
