Privacy Policy
1. Privacy at a glance
Protecting your personal data is important to me. This website is a purely static information site. It uses no cookies, embeds no tracking or analytics services and contains no contact forms. No personal data is collected for marketing purposes.
2. Responsible party
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Thomas Dillmann
Talstr. 24

Email: info@its-dillmann.de
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by a web hosting provider. When you access the pages, the host automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These typically include:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- date and time of the server request
- IP address (usually shortened / anonymised)
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected to ensure technically error-free and secure operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of the website).
4. Fonts (local hosting)
Web fonts served locally from this website’s own server are used to display fonts consistently. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) takes place.
5. App Store / external links
This website links to the Apple App Store to offer the Paperless24, Vermietoo and Tellerwert24 apps for download. When you click these links, you leave this website. Apple Inc. or Apple Distribution International Ltd. is responsible for data processing in the App Store. Please refer to their privacy policy.
6. Privacy in the Tellerwert24 app
This privacy policy also serves as the privacy notice for the iOS app Tellerwert24 (nutrition and calorie tracker).
- Local storage: Your entries (food, weight, measurements, fasting, photos, etc.) are stored exclusively on your device. There is no user account and no sign-in. As the developer I have no access to this data.
- AI food recognition: When you use photo or text recognition, the content (a photo or description of your meal) may be sent to an AI service for analysis — depending on your settings, to Google (Gemini) or an OpenAI-compatible provider whose API key you supplied yourself. Alternatively, on-device recognition (Apple Intelligence) is available without any data transfer. No real names or contact details are transmitted.
- Nutrition data: Product searches and barcode scans send requests to the open database Open Food Facts, transmitting the search term or barcode.
- Apple Health (HealthKit): Only with your explicit consent does the app read or write health data (e.g. weight, active energy) via HealthKit. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to me.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, among others, the following rights:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
- right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)
To exercise your rights, an informal message to the email address above is sufficient.
